Raphael wins a farm lottery for French farmers to go to the U.S. Raphael is excited to learn new farming techniques from Arlie, a Nebraska farmer, and use them in France to make him more competitive with European farmers.

 Raphael has one unique handicap. He's a klutz and his French accent is too thick to understand. 

Arlie wants to send Raphael back before his home and farm are lost to a single wrecking machine from France. 

Will he send Raphael home or help him overcome his handicap?
